§ 32.22 DEPARTMENT RULES.
   The Chief of Police may prescribe rules for the government of police officers of the city, subject to approval by the City Manager, which shall be entered in a book of Police Department rules and orders and may be amended or revoked by the Police Chief upon written notice to the City Manager.
