§ 136.04 OPERATING, ATTENDING OR ENGAGING IN ILLEGAL BUSINESS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly attend, frequent, operate or be an occupant or inmate of any place where prostitution, gambling, the illegal sale of alcoholic liquor or where any other illegal business or occupation is permitted or conducted.
   (B)   No person shall engage in prostitution, gambling, the illegal sale of intoxicating liquor, or any illegal business or occupations.
