(A) No person shall be on or occupy the premises or property of another without permission, unless said presence is in conjunction with the performance of a lawful duty.

(B) Any person who willfully enters the lands or premises of another without lawful authority, or after having been forbidden to enter or remain by the owner or occupant, lessee or agent, refuses to depart the lands or premises, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor offense.
