A person/entity who violates any provision of this chapter or the terms or conditions of a permit is responsible for a municipal civil infraction, and shall be subject to the penalties provided in City Ordinance No. 500, section 1.255. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit the remedies available to the city in the event of a violation by a person/entity of this chapter or a permit.
