§ 32.01 PURPOSE.
   The City of St. Johns, a duly chartered home-rule city, pursuant to the provisions of Public Act 8 of 1972, being M.C.L.A. § 117.5c, as amended, is desirous of creating a Local Officers Compensation Commission pursuant to the provisions and for the purposes set forth in said Act.
