§ 116.02 CONFLICT.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed in such a manner as to conflict with the Act or other applicable law. This chapter, once adopted, shall amend, repeal and/or supersede other St. Johns city ordinances in effect to the extent necessary to implement and give legal effect to the Metropolitan Extension Telecommunications Rights-of-Way Oversight Act of 2002.
