§ 115.47 UNLAWFUL ACTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person:
   (A)   To operate or drive any taxicab while under the influence of intoxicating liquors or drugs or to use or drink any intoxicating liquor or beverage or to use or consume any drugs whatsoever, while engaged in operating such vehicle;
   (B)   To use any portion of the public streets or alleys as a taxicab stand or to permit his cab to stand upon any portion of the public streets or alleys except for loading or unloading passengers, other than in areas designated by the City Commission as taxicab stands;
   (C)   To drive or permit any driver to be on duty more than 12 hours in any one day or more than 72 hours in any one week;
   (D)   To procure or transport or to aid or abet in the procuring or transporting of any intoxicating liquor or narcotic drug, except by prescription;
   (E)   To allow any taxicab to be used for unlawful purposes or to procure or aid in the procurement of any person for unlawful purposes or to allow any person in any taxicab while the same is at a stand or upon any street awaiting customers.
