§ 115.26 TRANSFER OF DRIVER PERMITS.
   No person having a taxicab driver permit shall allow any other person to use or attempt to use such permit for any purpose. No person shall use or have in his possession while operating a taxicab in the city any taxicab driver permit which has been issued to any other person.
