§ 114.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall conduct any traveling show as defined in § 114.01 without first obtaining a license therefor. No such license shall be granted except upon certification of the Fire Chief and the Chief of Police. The fee for such license shall be as prescribed in § 110.21.
