§ 31.03 DEPUTY CITY ATTORNEY.
   (A)   Generally. The City Attorney for the City of St. Johns may, subject to the approval of the City Commission, appoint a Deputy City Attorney who shall possess all powers and authority of the City Attorney and may exercise all the duties thereof in the absence of the City Attorney.

   (B)   Responsibility for acts. The City Attorney shall be responsible for all acts and defaults of such Deputy, and he may remove such Deputy at his pleasure and upon good cause shown.
