§ 111.01 DEFINITIONS.
   The meaning of ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR and LICENSE when used in this chapter shall be as defined in Public Act 58 of 1988, the Michigan Liquor Control Code, being M.C.L.A. §§ 436.1101 et seq.
