§ 91.06 KEY BOXES.
   When access to or within a structure or an area of structures is unduly difficult due to secured openings, or where immediate access is necessary for the entry of lifesaving or firefighting personnel and equipment, the Chief of the Fire Department is authorized to require a key box to be installed in an easily accessible location. The key box shall be of a type approved by the Fire Chief and shall contain keys to allow the necessary emergency access to the premises as required by the Fire Chief.
