The following rules shall apply in all city parks.
(A) Reservations for tables or space in the pavilion must be made in advance with the Park Caretaker.
(B) Destruction of any sign, guide post, or defacing the walls of any building or destroying property or any land is unlawful. This includes the following: peeling of bark, carving and chopping of trees, cutting branches, driving nails, and the removal of trees, shrubs, plants, or other injuries.
(C) To carry or have firearms in the park is unlawful.
(D) Dogs must not be allowed to run loose in the park.
(E) All vending or peddling in the park is prohibited without express permission from the City Commission. Delivery of supplies ordered may be made by regular dealers or farmers.
(F) Building or starting fires is prohibited except in those receptacles provided for same. Don’t leave fires burning in park.
(G) Automobiles and other vehicles trust be driven only on the roadways and parked in spaces designated for that purpose or not more than two car lengths from roadway in picnic area. Cars must not be driven or parked on the picnic grounds or children’s playgrounds.
(H) Automobiles, motorcycles and bicycles must yield to pedestrian use of roadways at all times.
(I) Disorderly conduct in the way of drunkenness, vile language, fighting or personal exposure is prohibited.
(J) Park facilities are not available for use after 10:30 p.m. and the park is to be closed at that hour.
