Every person riding a bicycle upon a street or highway shall be granted all of the rights and shall be subject to all of the duties applicable to the driver of a vehicle under the Michigan Vehicle Code adopted by Ordinance 485, except as to those provisions which by their nature can have no application.
BICYCLE shall have the meaning prescribed in the said Michigan Vehicle Code adopted by Ordinance 485.
