§ 30.02 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   The Mayor shall call special meetings of the Commission whenever in his opinion the public business may require it or at the express written request of any one member of the Commission. Whenever a special meeting shall be called, notice shall be provided to each member of the Commission, stating the date and hour of the meeting and the purpose for which such meeting is called. No business shall be transacted at the special meeting, except as is stated in the notice and consistent with the written agenda. Any reasonable form of notice, to include phone or electronic communications, will satisfy the notice requirement herein.
