§ 71.01 PARKING VIOLATIONS BUREAU ESTABLISHED.
   Pursuant to Public Act 154 of 1968, § 8395, being M.C.L.A. § 600.8395, a Parking Violations Bureau, for the purpose of handling alleged parking violations within the city, is established. The Parking Violations Bureau shall be under the supervision and control of the City Clerk.
