Section 257.901 of the St. Johns Motor Vehicle Ordinance shall read as follows:
Section 257.901. Penalties. Violations of this ordinance shall constitute a misdemeanor offense, punishable by up to 90 days in jail and/or up to a fine of $500, or both, unless the offense has been otherwise designated 1) a civil infraction, 2) a felony, or 3) a misdemeanor with jail time of up to 93 days.
