§ 70.03 REFERENCE TO LOCAL AUTHORITY.
   References in the Michigan Vehicle Code to “local authorities” or “local units of government” or “police agencies” or any other similar reference shall be deemed to refer to the City of St. Johns, its police officers and Police Department and any other personnel authorized to enforce the St. Johns Motor Vehicle Ordinance.
