§ 118.03 SCOPE.
   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit non-commercial activities, or other legal activities, that are permitted under the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act, Initiated Law 1 of 2008, M.C.L.A. § § 333.26421 et seq.
