The provisions of this chapter shall apply to every person, firm, or corporation seeking to develop, redevelop, grade, regrade, excavate, landfill, berm, dike, or drain land within the city.
(A) Coordination with other regulatory agencies. The City of St. Johns practices cooperation with the Clinton County Drain Commissioner and the Michigan Department of Transportation for developments, new facilities, and revisions to existing facilities.
(B) Jurisdiction of the City of St. Johns. The jurisdiction of the City of St. Johns includes all areas encompassed by the city limits.
