Once site plan approval has been granted by the Planning Commission, changes to the approved site plan shall require a re-submission, review and approval following the same procedures required above for the initial site plan. Alternatively, the Zoning Administrator may determine that administrative site plan approval is appropriate for any revisions to an approved site plan.
