§ 155.240 CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP, TENANCY OR MANAGEMENT.
   The right to use a legal non-conforming use or building lies with the land. Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the change of ownership, tenancy or management of a non-conforming use, building or lot.
