§ 155.052 USES PERMITTED BY SPECIAL USE PERMIT.
   The following uses of land and structures may be permitted in the R3 District by application for and the issuance of a special use permit when specified procedures and requirements as outlined in §§ 155.255 through 155.261 are met:
   (A)   Dwelling units that are not permitted by right, but meet the following conditions:
      (1)   On lots between 0.25 and 0.4 acres in area: Up to three dwelling units.
      (2)   On lots between 0.4 and 0.5 acres in area: Up to four dwelling units.
      (3)   On lots between 0.5 acres and one acre in area: More than four dwelling units, but fewer than or equal to one dwelling unit per 0.1 acres of land.
      (4)   On lots over one acre in area: Any number of dwelling units exceeding one dwelling unit per 0.1 acres of land.
   (B)   Communication antennas (not including towers).
   (C)   Bed and breakfast.
   (D)   Cluster housing development.
   (E)   Gas regulator stations, utility pumping stations, power substations and water towers not necessary for service to the adjacent residential area.
   (F)   Religious institutions.
