8.89.1 The site shall not be located within a minimum of 1,000 feet of: a church, a day care center, a school, a public recreation, publicly owned land, or the property line of a residential zoning district.
8.89.2 Such use shall be located a minimum of 500 feet from any existing tattoo facility.
8.89.3 Such use shall be located a minimum of 500 feet from any major arterial.
