Any person(s) whose acts or omissions constitute violations of this chapter may also, by virtue of the same acts or omissions, be in violation of the Federal Clean Water Act and therefore subject to additional sanctions associated with that Act, including any civil and criminal penalties contained therein. Any enforcement action authorized under this chapter shall also include written notice to the violator of such potential liability.
