§ 8.78 SATELLITE DISHES, TV, AND RADIO ANTENNAS (ACCESSORY).
   8.78.1   Only small television antennas (less than three foot diameter), dish satellite, or radio towers shall be permitted in the residential districts when they are completely camouflaged or hidden from view at the street level.
   8.78.2   Short wave radio antennas in excess of 90 feet in height shall not be permitted.
