§ 5.6 OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.
   The Council may authorize other offices and positions, appoint persons to fill such offices and positions, or authorize such offices and positions to be filled by appointment by the Town Manager, and may organize the town government as deemed appropriate, subject to the requirements of general law.
