§ 8.74 PARKS, COMMUNITY GARDENS.
   In addition to the conditions of Article 8.72, the following conditions apply: characteristics. See Definitions, Appendix I.
   8.74.1   Landscaping/buffering: Article 9.9.2 and Article 10. Opacity required is 0.2 for all locations addressed in Article 10.8.9.
