§ 8.70 PRIVATE CLUBS OR RECREATIONAL FACILITIES.

8.70.2 No active part of the site on which the facility is located (buildings, parking, recreational areas, and the like) is permitted within 200 feet of an adjacent single-family residential area.

8.70.3 An outdoor facility shall be separated by an opaque screen from any abutting property located in a residential district or containing a legal, conforming residential use.
