§ 8.67 PAWN SHOPS.

8.67.1 The site shall not be located within a minimum of 1,000 feet of a church, a day care center, a school, a public recreation, publicly owned land, or the property line of a residential zoning district.

8.67.2 Such use shall be located a minimum of 500 feet from any other pawn shop facility.
