8.64.1 A warehouse may not have more than 10,000 square feet of gross floor area unless the Zoning Administrator finds that a larger area will not create a disturbance with respect to other uses within one mile of the warehouse. No warehouse shall have more than 30,000 square feet of gross floor area.
8.64.2 There shall be at least one off-street loading area for each entrance to the warehouse.
8.64.3 No portion of a loading area may project into the street right-of-way, and all loading and unloading activities shall take place on private property.
8.64.4 Vehicles and other materials shall be kept in or behind an enclosed building.
