8.48.1 A group care facility shall not be located within one-half mile of another permitted family or group care facility, family care home, or emergency shelter.
8.48.2 A group care facility shall not serve more than six patrons.
8.48.3 The home shall maintain an appearance compatible with the neighborhood and shall meet all state requirements and all applicable housing and building code requirements.
8.48.4 All outdoor recreation areas shall be surrounded by a fence or wall at least four feet in height that is constructed in a manner that provides maximum safety.
