8.41.1 A wholesale and/or retail truck loading will be located on a minimum of four acres and shall not be within one-half mile of a residential district, or a site/use where large numbers of persons congregate on a frequent or infrequent basis.
8.41.2 All delivery vehicles shall be parked under roof at night.
8.41.3 Security fencing at least eight feet in height shall be placed around the entire perimeter of the facilities.
