§ 8.37 FIRE/EMS STATIONS.

8.37.1 Buildings will be located on a site that is at least two acres. Side and rear setbacks may be reduced to zero feet from property lines for building and associated improvements.

8.37.2 The building architecture will complement that of the underlining zoning district.

8.37.3 Fire/rescue vehicles will be parked under roof.
