§ 8.9 AUTOMOBILE TOWING SERVICE.
   8.9.1   Vehicles may be temporarily stored outside for no more than ten days provided that such vehicles shall be concealed from view by a fence, wall, or vegetative buffer at least six feet high and providing 100% opacity.
