§ 50.010 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

   (A)   The Stormwater Administrator of the county shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter.

   (B)   Any powers granted or duties imposed upon the Stormwater Administrator may be delegated in writing by the Stormwater Administrator to persons or entities acting in the beneficial interest of or in the employ of the county.
