§ 35.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   EMPLOYEE or TOWN EMPLOYEE. Any person employed by the town or any department or program thereof that is supported, in whole or in part, by town funds.
   ON DUTY. That time period when an employee is engaged in the duties of his or her employment.
   WORKPLACE. Any place where an employee engages in his or her job duties.
