(A) The Town Council shall hold a regular meeting on a day and a time to be determined by the then-sitting Town Council.
(B) The Town Council may change the date and time of its regular meeting by voting at a regularly scheduled meeting and providing adequate public notice.
(C) If no action has been taken fixing the time and place for regular meetings, a regular meeting shall be held at least once a month at 4:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month.
