Pursuant to G.S. § 159-32, the town authorizes and approves that deposits or submissions to a properly licensed and recognized cash collection service, as required by G.S. § 159-32, shall be required only when the moneys on hand amount to $500 or greater. All other requirements and provisions of G.S. § 159-32 remain unaltered.
