§ 3.3 MAYOR; TERM OF OFFICE; DUTIES.
   The Mayor shall be elected by the Council from among its membership at the first organizational meeting after the biennial election and the Mayor shall serve a two-year term. The Mayor shall be the official head of the town government and shall preside at meetings of the Council and shall have the right to vote on all matters before the Council.
