§ 90.230 APPEAL PROCEDURE.
   (A)   All civil citations may be appealed in writing.
   (B)   (1)   The notice of appeal must be addressed to:
Brunswick County Animal Protective Services
Attention: Brunswick County Sheriff
P.O. Box 92, Supply, NC 28462
      (2)   And postmarked or personally delivered within 20 days of receipt of the citation.
