§ 10.17 INSPECTIONS AND CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   A permanent certificate of occupancy for the development shall not be issued unless the landscaping required under this Article is installed in accordance with these standards and in accordance with the approved site plan or subdivision plat. The UDO Administrator or his or her designee shall inspect the site one-year after the issuance of a permanent certificate of occupancy in order to ensure compliance with the approved site plan and to ensure that the landscape is properly maintained.
