§ 90.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of § 90.002 or fails to comply with a lawful order issued pursuant to that section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day that a violation occurs or continues.
