This section shall not prohibit the lawful keeping of vehicles defined as refuse herein on private property under the following circumstances:
(A) When stored inside a building; provided, the building and land usage complies with all applicable codes and provisions of the city code regulating the special hazards and usage thereof; or
(B) Temporary outside storage, not exceeding 60-days, in appropriate business or industrial zones, under Chapter 156, while awaiting repair work thereon.
