§ 90.075 ANHYDROUS AMMONIA STORAGE.
   Unlawful acts.
   (A)   Establish any new, or different, location for the storage of anhydrous ammonia;
   (B)   Enlarge, or extend, any existing location, or facility, for the storage of anhydrous ammonia; or
   (C)   Increase the average quantity of anhydrous ammonia stored at any existing location, or facility.
