For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
LOT. The smallest unit of a subdivision individually numbered or designated on the plat for purposes of description, recording, conveyance, development and taxation.
LOT SPLITS. The division of one or more lots which creates no more than three lots.
SPLIT ZONING. A single lot or parcel containing two or more different zoning classifications.
