§ 50.29 MUNICIPAL UTILITY SERVICE OUTSIDE THE CITY.
   Premises located outside the city shall not be connected to, or served by, any municipal utility, except such premises as are publicly owned, or presently served. Persons needing utility service, and not within one of the foregoing exceptions, whose property is located outside the city must initiate annexation proceedings prior to being provided with the service, or services.
