It shall be the duty of the Zoning Administrator to cause the provisions of this chapter to be properly enforced through the proper legal channels. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be charged with a misdemeanor and, if found guilty, shall be subject to a fine, and/or imprisonment, as determined by state law. In addition, each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
