Minimum district area	10 acres*
Minimum lot area	20,000 feet
Rear yard	30 feet
Side yard	15 feet
Notes to Table: *   The minimum for establishment of a new I-1 District, in single ownership, or some unified control. Expansion of an existing I-1 District will not require a district area size requirement.
