§ 132.30 EXCEPTIONS; APPEALS.
   Administration of this chapter, including guidance for, challenges to, and penalties, shall be according to the authorities provided in M.S. Chapter 145A, as it may be amended from time to time, other applicable state law, and the city rules and regulations for solid waste, and for hazardous household, and other hazardous, wastes.
